Enquiries and contact details
When you select Telegram or Email in our enquiry form, the website sends your name, phone number, message, enquiry topic and page address to our team. It also opens your chosen communication app. The enquiry is saved even if you do not finish sending the message in that app.
We use these details to respond, assess the requested services and maintain a record of the conversation. Do not include passwords, payment card details or identity documents in the enquiry form. The website operator is KT GROUP, which uses Osnova Pay as its service brand.
Language and technical data
Our web server uses your browser language and IP address to choose a language. The IP lookup takes place on our server using a local country database. Language selection does not use a preference cookie.
Our servers process technical request data to deliver the website, prevent abuse and diagnose errors. The English pages do not load an analytics tracker.
Service providers and communication channels
Enquiries are processed through our hosting and customer relationship management systems. If you continue through Telegram or email, that provider also processes your message under its own terms. Processing may take place across borders.
Your requests
You can ask about your data, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw consent by emailing clients@osno-va.com. We may need to retain records where required for an ongoing contract or legal obligation. Details specific to an ordered service are provided with its agreement.
